Policy Overview

  • • For non-defect exchanges (size/fit/color), customer pays shipping both ways.

Unboxing/Proof Video

For any damage/defect/wrong item cases, upload a clear unboxing video showing the product and issue. This proof is mandatory to qualify for free exchange.

How It Works

  2. Select the item, choose reason, and upload proof video (if required).
  3. Our team reviews within 24–48 hours and updates status.
  4. Approved returns are exchanged or credited to wallet as per policy.
